Exceeded Expectations
I had made an error on my custom engraving order for a right handed. That evening I sent an email asking for it to be changed to left handed. The next morning at 6:30 AM my time I received a phone call that they got my email and corrected the order. They were so pleasant. I also asked that no pricing be included in the shipment because it was being shipped as a birthday gift. They complied with all my requests and the recipient received the gift earlier than expected. What excellent customer service in a day when it hardly exists! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Perfect Professional Gift
I ordered this as a present for my older brother who is an executive manager of an engineering department/manufacturing facility. He asked for an engraved pen he can take to meetings so everyone would know it is his pen and not steal it! The item is a beautiful lacquer black pen with shiny chrome accents and is modern yet classy. Perfect for any professional! It shipped very quickly and was beautifully packaged in a gift box. This year we decided to gift all of our employees a really nice engraved pen for the holidays. We are not a large company, but we do have two main locations: USA and the Philippines.
