Outstanding Customer Service & Quality
I cannot say enough good things about Dayspring Pens. I wanted to order 14 personalized Waterman pens to thank people on my team for a great year. I ordered them at 6:00 pm on Sunday before Christmas for a planned January celebration. The pens shipped at 10:00 am the next morning! I had them two days later. It was the best customer service I have received in years. My team loved them. The engraving was beautiful. The font options allowed me to truly personalize them. With Dayspring Pens, you have a loyal customer for life. Thank you!!!

Exceeded Expectations
I had made an error on my custom engraving order for a right handed. That evening I sent an email asking for it to be changed to left handed. The next morning at 6:30 AM my time I received a phone call that they got my email and corrected the order. They were so pleasant. I also asked that no pricing be included in the shipment because it was being shipped as a birthday gift. They complied with all my requests and the recipient received the gift earlier than expected. What excellent customer service in a day when it hardly exists! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Perfect Professional Gift
I ordered this as a present for my older brother who is an executive manager of an engineering department/manufacturing facility. He asked for an engraved pen he can take to meetings so everyone would know it is his pen and not steal it! The item is a beautiful lacquer black pen with shiny chrome accents and is modern yet classy. Perfect for any professional! It shipped very quickly and was beautifully packaged in a gift box. I cannot wait for my brother to see it.

Detailed Product Experience
I am a huge fan of Dayspring pens! They offer a large selection of high-quality pens at a very reasonable price. The price typically included complementary (personalized) engraving and free shipping. Plus the company provides excellent customer service - basically with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. On the few instances when I needed to call, a real person always answers the phone and is professional and helpful. With respect to the Jotter Gel pen, I ordered two in silver w/ gold trim last month for my nieces. Each girl loved her new Parker pen, which arrived beautifully wrapped with a personal gift note I requested be included!

Complex Corporate Gifting
This year we decided to gift all of our employees a really nice engraved pen for the holidays. We are not a large company, but we do have two main locations: USA and the Philippines. Dayspring Pens was able to split ship our order to both locations. The pens arrived to the Philippines just as fast as the shipment to the US - I was so impressed. From the very beginning Dayspring's customer service was phenomenal and was incredibly helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The pen is super solid and writes very well - as you would expect from a Cross pen! Our company logo on the pen looks perfect and all of our employees are raving about how much they love their new pens. Thanks so much for your amazing customer service!
