Exceeded Expectations
I had made an error on my custom engraving order for a right handed. That evening I sent an email asking for it to be changed to left handed. The next morning at 6:30 AM my time I received a phone call that they got my email and corrected the order. They were so pleasant. I also asked that no pricing be included in the shipment because it was being shipped as a birthday gift. They complied with all my requests and the recipient received the gift earlier than expected. Perfect Professional Gift
I ordered this as a present for my older brother who is an executive manager of an engineering department/manufacturing facility. He asked for an engraved pen he can take to meetings so everyone would know it is his pen and not steal it!
