I used to use more expensive pens, but they never wrote well and replacement ink was hard to find. These write much better, and replacement ink is always available.

The Monroe set from Dayspring is my favorite. Previous purchase of this set was not fully satisfactory, but customer service worked with me to make it right. Still felt the pencil was not working well. Again, customer service was on top of this and we all agreed the update to all mechanical devices occur and sent me a complete, engraved set! No problems with this new one and rarely does a company, and the support team, come together to make it right for the customer.

I ordered these pens as a graduation gift for the daughter of a friend and they were very nice. While other reviews are correct with regards to the engraving, it is very light but it is still there and is very nicely done. Pen and pencil are comfortable to hold and use from first use.My one problem with the pencil is within 6 months after getting it the pencil did not move the lead forward as it should. One click and whole lead would come flying out of the pencil. Also the gold coating is wearing off at the top of the pen and pencil. As of this review the pen is till working fine.While the product is good, I am not sure if it is worth the price.

This set is amazing and beautiful. My boyfriend loved it and said the pen weird so smoothly and he uses the pencil for his job, he is a wallpaper hanger and he has to use pencils for marking certain things on the walls and he said it is a great set.

Within 30 days of your order, we offer a 100% refund if a product was faulty or damaged in shipping and replacement is out of the question. While extremely rare, if we make a mistake we will also refund or replace the item.
Since our orders are custom engraved specifically as you request, we do not accept preferential returns. Once the item is personalized for you, it cannot be reused or restocked. For our part, we will engrave the text exactly as entered, including capitalization and punctuation.
