Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your product!
Within 30 days of your order, we offer a 100% refund if a product was faulty or damaged in shipping and replacement is out of the question. While extremely rare, if we make a mistake we will also refund or replace the item.
Since our orders are custom engraved specifically as you request, we do not accept preferential returns. Once the item is personalized for you, it cannot be reused or restocked. For our part, we will engrave the text exactly as entered, including capitalization and punctuation.
In some cases, we are able to provide replacement caps for your item at a nominal charge. Contact us if you would like to pursue this option.

Cross Writing Instruments Full Perpetual Warranty Guarantee
All Cross writing instruments and desk set pen holder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age.
Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received at our factory from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and shipping and handling fees may apply). Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable Cross product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument.Â
This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Warning: Pen caps can obstruct breathing. Keep out of mouth. This product in not intended for children. Applicable to stylus tips: In no event shall Cross be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character including, without limitation, physical damage to the surface of personal digital assistants or hand-held PCs. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Our Process
Once you place your order, your exact information goes into our engraving system to ensure there is no change from what you entered.
Engraving Your Order
Once we are ready to process your order, we select the pen you requested from our shelves. Next, we align your pen on the tray of our machine, and begin the marking process. In less than a minute, your pen is engraved perfectly. Engraving is not like any other decoration, it is a permanent personalization that will never wear off or fade.
Finishing Your Order
After we complete the engraving process, we hand polish the pen and place it in a quality gift box. From there your order goes to our packing station where it is inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment by the method of your choosing. At the end of the day, your order is picked up by the carrier service and on its way home to you.
