If you upgraded your engraving time or shipping speed, you can estimate delivery by adding the two numbers together. Don't worry, we will send you all the specific details and tracking as we process your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your product!

Within 30 days of your order, we offer a 100% refund if a product was faulty or damaged in shipping and replacement is out of the question. While extremely rare, if we make a mistake we will also refund or replace the item.

Since our orders are custom engraved specifically as you request, we do not accept preferential returns. Once the item is personalized for you, it cannot be reused or restocked. For our part, we will engrave the text exactly as entered, including capitalization and punctuation.

In some cases, we are able to provide replacement caps for your item at a nominal charge. Contact us if you would like to pursue this option.

Warranty Information

Dayspring Pens passes on the warranty terms for the brand we carry including Cross, Waterman, and Parker. For more information on these brands, please visit their warranty pages. All warranty claims MUST be made directly with the manufacturer as detailed on their brand specific page. 

Mechanical Warranty Conditions

This warranty is granted by Dayspring Pens and applies in the US and Canada. Your Dayspring Pens writing instrument is guaranteed for two years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If found to be defective within the warranty period, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

This warranty does not cover routine maintenance, or damage resulting from the failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions provided by Dayspring Pens. This warranty also does not cover ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage that may arise from accidental or intentional misuse or abuse, alteration or customization, or repair by unauthorized persons. This warranty also does not cover damage that is caused by the use of inks or refills other than those made by Dayspring Pens.

Except as provided herein, and to the extent permitted by law, Dayspring Pens makes no other warranties, express or implied, and Dayspring Pens specifically excludes warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dayspring Pen's liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the writing instrument and Dayspring Pens shall not be responsible under this warranty for any damages and/or incidental or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable. Some products may be out of production or may be unable to be repaired. In that circumstance, Dayspring Pens reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable value and style.

For service under this warranty, please contact us along with the original proof of purchase, such as a dated receipt showing the purchase of the product claimed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights as a matter of law which vary from state to state and country to country and which are unaffected by this warranty, including (but not limited to) the legal warranties covering any consequences of defects whether or not visible in the product.

  2. Select the Personalization Style: "Logo Engraving" and upload your logo file as an EPS, SVG, AI, or PDF.
  3. Adjust the quantity and checkout.
  4. We will send you a complimentary proof for approval prior to production.

Once you are ready to move forward, you can approve your design over email and remit payment securely online at your convenience.

How do I place a tax-exempt order?

At this time, you must contact us with your tax exemption certificate prior to ordering. After review, we will enable tax exempt status on your customer account and you can shop normally on the website.

Do you provide payment terms?

We do allow educational, governmental, military, and healthcare organizations to pay via purchase order in many cases. If you intend to purchase via PO or need to obtain a quote for review, please contact us with the following information:

We will reply back with your quote and our W9. Upon receipt of the formal PO, we can proceed with engraving and shipping. Terms are NET 30.

Our Process

Once you place your order, your exact information goes into our engraving system to ensure there is no change from what you entered.

Engraving Your Order

Once we are ready to process your order, we select the pen you requested from our shelves. Next, we align your pen on the tray of our machine, and begin the marking process. In less than a minute, your pen is engraved perfectly. Engraving is not like any other decoration, it is a permanent personalization that will never wear off or fade.

Finishing Your Order

After we complete the engraving process, we hand polish the pen and place it in a quality gift box. From there your order goes to our packing station where it is inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment by the method of your choosing. At the end of the day, your order is picked up by the carrier service and on its way home to you.
